Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
A short video of the product showing its condition must be sent along with your return request.
Returns will be reviewed and processed within 3working days after we receive the item.
Exchange Policy
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or an issue with packaging, it qualifies for an exchange.
All eligible exchanges will be completed at no additional shipping cost to you.
Replacements will be sent within 5 working days of confirming the issue.
